Cumar Wacays or Omar Wa'ays is are one of the Somali Clan of the Dhulbahante or Dulbahante Tribes of the Northern Somali terriroty they are part from the Mahamuud Garaad Sub clans

These are the Sons of Omar or Cumar the son of Garaad or Chief Wacays who was the Fourth Son of Garaad Maxamuud or Mohamuud Garaad who was the son of Garaad Shirshoore )
Omar/Cumar's son were two 1) Guleed and 2) Ya'ziin
